Knapp Medical Fit n Fun Fall Festival...FREE to the public! Everyone is welcome to attend and participate in a variety of FREE health screenings including a Pulmonary Function Test, Blood Pressure Screenings and much more. Children are welcome to dress up in their favorite non-scary costumes.  Treats will be available.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.
