Mayor Sanchez Library Summer Reading Program Kick-Off

The Mayor Joe V. Sanchez Public Library invites you and your family to join them for an exciting summer filled with food, games, prizes, and most importantly reading! Along with reading, the highlight of the event will be a special performance by world renowned magician Oscar Munoz at 2:00 pm.  Following the performance light refreshments will be served. All of these
festivities are designed to introduce the annual Summer Reading Program and encourage registration.
The theme for the 2017 children’s program is Build A Better World! Registration is open to kids of all ages, from infants to those in 12th grade. There is no cost for the program, which runs June 3 through July 15, features a variety of activities,including crafts, movies, games and storytelling throughout the week. There will be weekly performances for families on Thursdays at 2:00PM.  Information about the Summer Reading Program is available by calling (956) 968-4533 and on the Library's web site, www.weslacopl.us. The Library is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and
